Who is responsible
TVL Technology operates TVL Search and is responsible for the submission information described here.
Information we collect
When you submit a company, TVL Search collects the RCS number, company website, and email address you provide. Cloudflare also processes request information needed to protect the form from abuse.
Why we use it
We use the company details to verify and review a possible directory listing. We use your email address only to notify you about the outcome of that submission. It is not published, added to a marketing list, or included in the public company record.
Storage and deletion
Submission data is stored in access-controlled Cloudflare infrastructure. The email address is removed after the outcome notification is sent. Rejected and abandoned submissions are periodically removed.
